I have a friend who has your type of conditon and I've known him for over 10 years. What he has learned is to relax the mind first. Then the body will follow. You must and must incorperate some type of relaxing stage. Such as reading a book, your staring into space or taking a walk.
Excersise is a must. Even if you are doing painting of homes, which is physical but you must add more.
Combine both and you will relax the mind which is what is having problem in your body. Stay away from caffine. You don't need that...
Once you get those two thing in control. You will see a difference. Bipolar just makes your mind go a hundred miles for ever.... You need to slow it down to 40 miles per hour....
